CVC BRIGHT-O-ZINC (PREMIUM-S)

(Protective Zinc Coating)

CVC BRIGHT–O-ZINC (PREMIUM-S) is sprayble coating liquid. Fundamentally acts as sacrificial coating,
providing protection to ferrous metals. It is specially formulated using zinc of purity greater than 99%.
CVC BRIGHT-O-ZINC (PREMIUM-S) acts as barrier between atmosphere and the metal to prevent from rust or
corrosion.
CVC Bright-O-ZINC (PREMIUM-S) gives good shine can be used in touch ups against welds, dents and scratches.
It conforms to ASTM A780 Standard.

Area of Applications: Used in industries like Agriculture, Chemical, Structural, Engineering, Steel plants etc.:-

• For the protection of all polished metal surfaces, drilling and welding points.
• For the repair of damaged galvanic surfaces.
• As a corrosion protective primer for all types of paint.
• As an excellent touch-up coating for the Galvanized pipe manufacturers for threaded connections and surface
  touch-ups.
• It is an excellent touch-up coating for hot dip galvanized surfaces where galvanized coating is removed for
  welding.

• Provides long-term protection against corrosion and rust.  Is salt water-resistant and withstands temperatures up to 250°C
• Forms protective coating without flaking.

Method of Application: Use suitable spray system for the application.

• The surface should be free from oil, grease moisture, dirt and dust. Use wire brush or Steel wool for cleaning rust
  spots In corners, edges and threads etc.
• Minimum 2-3 thin coatings should be done for long term protection.
• Please ensure enough drying time of the sprayed film before handling/packing etc.
