Chemlubes, 100 % synthetic compressor oils, are specially formulated with diester base oils for use in a wide variety of air compressors. With years of successful use behind them, Chemlube^® formulated for long life in rotary screw type compressors. Chemlubes are designed for cold temperature use where compressors are exposed to ambient temperatures below 30º F. They are formulated for upper cylinder and crankcase lubrication of reciprocating units. Chemlubes are ideal for use in sliding vane units as well. Characteristics Rotary Screw compressors. Useful life-Scheduled changes can be extended to 4000 hours in rotary vanes and 8000 hours in rotary screws. Reciprocating and sliding vane. Useful life-Scheduled changes can be extended to as much as 8000 hours for crank-cases. Chemlubes are excellent vacuum pump oils for reciprocating vacuum pumps.
