CVC SLT Oil |

| It is specifically formulated
synthetic oil with additives suitable for the lubrication of Simplex collars of speed
frames used in the Textile industry. It is a non-staining, non-sticking, long-life
lubricant which does not allow cotton fluff, dirt and dust to stick to the spindle, thus
ensuring long term lubrication. The oil has been formulated with special additives which
form a lubricative film on the spindle over which the synthetic oil slides. For this
reason, initially the dosage of oil is higher till the lubricative film is formed by
additives. Subsequently the replenishment dosage of CVC SLT formed by additives.
Subsequently the replenishment dosage of CVC SLT OIL special reduces greatly and thereby
providing economic lubrication. CVC SLT OIL special provides the most effective way of lubricating the spindle of simplex collars of speed frames in the textile industry. It has been so formulated that long-term lubrication is achieved with reduced maintenance and cleaning procedures which hitherto was problematic with conventional petroleum based oils. Dosage and Method of Application : For lubrication the spindle for the first time with CVC SLT OIL special, please clean the spindle thoroughly from the previous oil, dirt, dust and the accumulated cotton fluff. After thoroughly cleaning the spindle, apply CVC SLT OIL special in the following manner: 1. Squeeze 20 drops of CVC SLT OIL special per spindle to wet it throughly. 2. After 5-days of running, please apply 15 drops to the spindle. 3. After 10 days again apply 15 drops and subsequently replenish with 10 drops of CVC SLT OIL special to the spindle every 10 days. 4. please ensure that during every cleaning schedule, the inner portion of the bobbins should be cleaned. Note: Some spindle may run dry faster in which case the repenishment should be done earlier This way gradually, the lubricative film will build-up on spindle after which only the make-up oil is required in a smaller quantity to replenish the film during subsequent operations.
