CVC NT-STAT 40 (Antistatic Agent) |
| It is a versatile antistatic
agent, whih can be used on all types of synthetic fibres and their blends. It exhibits
excellent lubricating characteristic both fibre to fibre and fibre to metal. It shows low
fibre metal friction, medium to low inter fibre cohesion and is therefore, ideally suited
as a balanced product for static control on fibres. It is used as an effective lubricant
for blending of various fibres. It is specially siutable for wool synthetic blends since
it produces good inter fibre cohesion, sufficient lubrication and minimum static which are
essential for the efficient working of fibre. It can impart slightly crisp handle on the
thread fibre without being sticky. The lubricate fibre shows very uniform level of
friction and have a steady even draw in silevr form resulting in easier and more regular
drafting at intersectors rovers and spinning frames. Treatment of fibres with CVC NT-STAT
40 ensures better level and stronger yarns with reduced fly wasted and reduces slubes and
nips, thereby improving the rate of production at combing and recombing stages. It also
ensures more uniform blending of wool / synthetic fibres. Application : Packing : 25 litre & 200 litre drums. |
