CHEMAX "DM" fluids (Synthetic Finishing Oil for polyster Sewing Threads)
CHEMAX "DM" fluids are thread lubricants & finishing oil based on Synthetic Polymer Technology. They effectively reduce static heat build up during high speed stitching & thereby improves productivity. They help in improving the shine and gives lustrous finish to the yarn. They are available in the range of viscocity from 350 cst to 1000 cst. They are an ideal substitute for expensive silicone oils use in sewing Thread finishing.

Applications :
It is applied to the thread either by means of godet rolls on the running yarns. The amount of active substance applied to the sewing thread should be around 2% - 4% calculated on its weight.
