| WHAT IT IS | It is an high temperature conductive compound consisting of
homogeneouslydispersed organo-metallic complex of conductive solids to form a non-melting / non-dripping lubricating compound. It is further fortified with highly effective oxidation and corrosion inhibitors to combat environmental severities. |
HOW DOES IT WORK |
It forms a tough plating over bearing surface by filling the surface irregularities with matrix. This matrix does not melt or harden even under extremes of environmental conditions. It also holds well to threaded connections subjected to continuous vibration. |

| WHAT METAPLAT DOES | METAPLAT is specifically formulated to seal and protect
metal parts under the most extreme conditions of heat, pressure and contamination. The fine protective film cannot be burned off completely or removed by abrasion. METAPLAT cannot washed off by fresh or salt water. Application of METAPLAT insures trouble-free protection against seizure, corrosion pitting and galling of metal parts. The costly expense downtime, maintenance and and repair of parts can be greatly reduced by using METAPLAT. It is a lubricant with unusual anti-seize quality and rust preventive properties. |

Petrochemical and : METAPLAT is an excellent pipe thread compound leak-proof threaded
Fertilizer plants joints in hot or cold lines handling water, steam, chemicals, oils, solvents etc. METAPLAT high temperature anti-seize properties save valuable manhours in routine dismantling of flanges, joints, boiler covers, furnace parts etc. fitted with gaskets and packings.
Marine and offshore : Propeller shafts and nuts swivel bearings, steering mechanism, battery drilling industry terminals, cylinder head gaskets, all metal parts exposed underwater, oil rigs, tool joints, drill collars, precision threads, pipelines and valves etc., etc.
GENERAL : METAPLAT has a very wide range of applications in industry.
It reduces downtime, speeds repairs and cuts costs of replacement parts. It is also used widely on industrial machinery, heavy duty trucks, construction equipment, power and electrical equipment, farm equipment, oil rigs pipe-lines, steel mills, cement plants and heavy duty marine and diesel equipment.
CAUTION : Although METAPLAT acts as lubricant and an anti-seize agent, it should not
be used as a lubricant for high speed plain or ball and roller type antifriction bearings. It may be used
however, for slow speed heavily loaded bearings to prevent seizure due to intermittent operation.
