CVC Polylube (EP) (Oil Additive)

It is a colloidal dispersion of microsize Teflon (PTFE) and other solid lubricants in a very high grade synthetic lubricating oil blended with anti-oxidant & dispersant additives. To all lubricants it can be used as 1) a friction reducing agent 2) an E.P(extreme-pressure) and antiwear additive 3) an assembly compound 4) Running–in oil additive.

Applications :
As an additive to all Industrial & Automotive lubricants like Engine oils, Gear oils, Hydraulic oils, Compressor oils, Cutting oils, Greases etc. As an assembly compound and for running-in of machinery.

Extends tool life (2-3 times).
Extends re-lubrication interval by a factor of 3-4 times.
Reduces wear and friction.
Lowers energy consumption (5-10%)
Prolongs equipments life by smooth running-in.
