Synol Viscolube (HT) (Synthetic Oil for Textile Stenter Chains)
This is a fully synthetic chain oil, specially designed for lubrication of Stenter chains, to provide high temperature, anti-wear performance. It is a synthetic oil which does not leave any carbonaceous deposit and due to very low friction, it reduces the current requirement of stenter drive. Temperature range: -40°C to 250°C. Applications: It is used for all types of stenters including heat setting types upto 240°C and therefore most suitable for higher temperature application and longer duration applications than conventionally used chains oil. Also it is used for high temperature conveyor bearings of paint ovens and furnaces etc. Benefits : Lowers energy consumption. Reduces friction and wear. Acts as clean, non-carbonizing lubricant to prevent jamming. Operates at very high temperature. Reduces maintenance down time. Packing : 5-litre Carboy & 25-litre Drum.
